Tavern Puzzles

These are the games made of metal and wood and string.  One of the famous tavern puzzles is two horseshoes connected with a chain and a ring in the middle.  The main point is to see if you can get the ring off.  If you line up the horseshoes against each other, the ring comes right off.  There are many puzzles like this that are quite fun.  The tavern Chinese Patience Puzzle is the most difficult to master.
